Jake and Hayden were very happy when they found out what day we would be celebrating! :) In the morning, we read a book about chocolate, did a few counting and coloring chip activities, then we graphed some different types of Chocolate Chips... Hayden was so excited to learn that there are white chocolate chips, mint chocolate chips, as well as mini-chocolate chips.
Of course we had to do some baking too, so for breakfast we made chocolate chip pancakes... we tried out all the different types of chips... Hayden and Daddy seemed to like the regular chocolate chip pancakes, I, on the other hand preferred the white chocolate chip pancakes! Later that day we also made some yummy banana chocolate chip cookies... unfortunately though, they didn't last
long in this house! :)
