Easter Sensory Bin

I would never have guessed that Hayden would love Easter Grass so much!  Although, I should have known that it would only take a few minutes before his construction trucks found their way into it. :)

Winter Day

Since, all of the Christmas decorations are down, we decided to decorate the house for winter before busting out all of our Valentine goodies :).   We spent the day doing some fun Winter Activities...

Putting up winter decorations and making Coffee Filter Snowflakes :)

 Winter Sensory Bin

 Making Melting Snowman cookies!!

First Day of Winter

To celebrate the first day of Winter today, Hayden received a few "snow" goodies in his advent box and enjoyed a snow themed breakfast.

Hayden also spent some time in his pj's, playing with his December sensory bin, as well as reading books with Daddy!

Construction Sensory Bin

Every few weeks, I try to change Hayden's Sensory Bin up to keep him interested!  He requested a Construction Sensory Bin.  I must say, it was kind of difficult to find some items to put in here that I would want to keep in the house.  So I decided against the rocks and dirt, and went with popsicles, wood blocks, and pom pom rocks :).  He seems to like it!!

Another Hot One Outside

Because it was another extremely hot day today, we tried to do some activities to "stay cool".  :)  We played with our Ice Cream Cone Sensory Bin.

Then we found some of our snow plows and tried our hand at growing snow!

Waiting for the snow...

And there we go...

Time to put the snowplows to work.

First Day of Summer!

Today is the first day of Summer!!! Unfortunately though, the outside water activities I had planned, had to be put on hold for another day due to the rain! :(. But we managed to have some Summer Fun inside!!  We had a yummy breakfast and lunch!  We also made a cool sun craft and played with our Summer Sensory Bin.

For Dinner, thankfully the weather was a little better, so we cooked out on the grill and made a Summer Sand Pail To-Do list!!
