Such a trooper!

There is nothing worse than hearing Hayden genuinely cry! :(  After paying a visit to his ENT, we found out that one of his tubes are gone, :( and he has some moderate hearing loss in his right ear.  Because of this, the doctor wants to find the cause, before replacing the missing tube. 

So, we had to get an x-ray of his adnoids, to see if they are swollen and causing the hearing loss.  Hayden also needed to get tested for allergies.  They had to take a few viles of blood from his arm. It wasn't a pleasent experience having to hold him tightly so he wouldn't move, as well as comfort him when the needle pierced his arm.  His cry was so horribly genuine, it just broke my heart! :(  But he was quite a trooper, and didn't fuss too much, just cried.  Now we just have to wait a few days for the results.

I spent the morning cleaning and doing laundry while Hayden played!  He cracks me up with the activities he chooses to do when he has time by himself !!

Easter Pictures

Last weekend, we took Hayden to get Easter pictures taken.  They turned out great!  He did such a good job during the photo shoot, that was the easiest photo session we have had with him!  Can't wait for our Spring family pictures!

Today, Hayden and I ventured to Chicago to spend some time with Nikki and Chandelor.  After hanging out at her place eating some yummy snacks and playing with some of Chandler's toys, we headed to the Shedd Aquarium!  Who knew there were so many types of fish?

Hayden's Birthday Trip

After Hayden's birthday party with his cousins, we headed to Key Lime Cove for a few days!  We had fun at the waterpark, arcade, and Gurnee Mills Mall! :)

Jake and Hayden found way too much fun in dumping water buckets on innocent kids. :) Although, it was funny to watch!

Thankfully after the initial shock as seen in the first pic, he found the tongue funny after a few moments. :)

Hayden's 3rd Birthday

This weekend we are celebrating Hayden's birthday!  Hayden wanted to have a mini-construction party with his cousins, along with a trip to the Waterpark.  So, today we had some family over to celebrate, and then we are heading to Key Lime Cove for a few days!! There are a ton of pictures (surprise, surprise), so make sure you also look through the photo album!
