While Hayden and I were working on his thank you cards for his b-day presents, he had a lot of questions about how we get mail. I love how inquisitive he is at this age! So, the past few days we have been having fun learning about the Post Office and mail carriers. :)
We had a Mail Muffin Tin lunch
Flag strawberries, pudd'ink', pencil cheese, letter bread, fruit stamps, and envelope graham cracker
After playing mail carrier, we also sent our thank you cards in the mailbox. We also thought it would be fun to take a trip to the post office... he enjoyed weighing our mail on the scale. Hayden also drew Fumble a picture that we sent from the post office. We are counting to see how many days it will take for our picture for Fumble to arrive at our house.
