Snow Investigations

Today is PERFECT snowflake catching weather!! I can remember doing my teaching clinical work and I was observing Mrs. Vezain at East View. She saw it was snowing outside and said, "Drop your pencils, it's perfect snowflake catching weather!" It was so cool to see her take the kiddos outside with dark felt and observe the snowflakes! Their reactions were priceless!! Because of her, I have always kept felt in my classroom, just incase, for days like today!
