Since we were busy last night on Fat Tuesday, we decided to celebrate Mardi Gras on Chubby Wednesday! :) A few weeks ago, when we babysat Cousin Chandler, Nikki & Corey went to New Orleans. She brought us back sooo many goodies to have a fun Mardi Gras Night! We made a homemade King Cake, Gumbo, Shrimp Jambolaya, and Mardi Gras Dip!
