Turkey, Electric Parade, and Elves... fun family day!

Today, we decided to cook another Thanksgiving dinner for the 3 of us... way too much food, but yummy leftovers.

Another Thanksgiving meal... with two turkeys :)
While we were waiting for the bird to cook, we created our Christmas Wish List and Advent calendar.

After our Thanksgiving meal, we headed to St. Charles, to kick off the Christmas Season with the Electric Parade... such a fun tradition.  After the parade we went to Hotel Baker for some Yummy Hot Chocolate and enjoyed the Christmas lights along the river.

We ended the night, preparing for our visit from the Elves.  We went through our toys and decided which ones we no longer play with and left for the Elves to give to other children who don't have toys.  Hayden only managed to find a handful of items... however, I went through and was able to find plenty more toys to donate.  We also left our Christmas Wish List for the elves to bring back to Santa.
