To celebrate Christopher Columbus Day, Hayden and I read a few books about his voyage, enjoyed a yummy ship lunch, and made an explorer hat and telescope... Land A'hoy!
We colored our Pringles blue to make waves, and used an apple/cheese quesadilla to create a ship.
