After debating on spending the day at home, due to not wanting to go out in the heat, we looked over our Summer Sand Pail list and decided to hit up a $1 movie. Since it was still early in the morning, we stopped at the park before it became too hot. We are now 1/2 way through our Park Passport and have about 16 more parks to visit before the end of Summer.
I think we were at the park for about 20 minutes and were drenched with sweat at 8:45 in the morning.
Good thing the Movie Theater is air conditioned.

I also surprised him with a trip to Oberweis. He looked shocked and didn't seem to believe me when I said we were going to have ice cream.
My dad would be proud that I am teaching him Chess so early.
Hayden just kept taking my Queen and Giggling! :)
