The day after Thanksgiving has become our traditional day to set up all of the Christmas decorations! In the morning we put on our new Christmas pj's and made our first batch of Christmas cookies that we enjoyed while decorating. I can not believe how excited Hayden was this year to decorate the tree... he was so happy and well-behaved that I think we are going to start decorating a tree everyday ;).
For dinner, we enjoyed some of my grandma's Little Meat Soup... Hayden's favorite part was squeezing ketchup into it(that was my favorite too, when I was little).
Before bed, Hayden left his Christmas List in his stocking, and a bag full of toys to donate to Santa's Elves. He was very excited to wake up the next morning to some goodies in his stocking, and the return of our Elf on the Shelf, Charlie.
