Charlie, our elf on the shelf, leaves every night to report back to Santa if Hayden has been a good boy or not. This morning, he brought Hayden a note from Santa, and left a surprise in our Advent box. Santa recorded a video, actually a dvd, for Hayden to watch. Hayden was sooooo excited when Santa said his name and knew Hayden wanted a train for Christmas... if Hayden didn't believe in his elf before, he definitely does now. :)
